Where does everyone come from?
While you are busy clicking away at the mergers, it has been straight forward to record where in the world everybody is. (This comes from your IP address).
There have been merger hunters from at least the following countries, others may be represented.

The other related observation has been at what time of day you take part. This has been recorded over three weeks (ignoring the period just after the Voorwerp Press release).There are very significant “time of day” effects; these have been broken down into weekday and weekend usage profiles. There was only one hour during those three weeks when nobody clicked on an image.
